Do you provide CPNP notification and Product Information Files (PIF)? +
Yes. We prepare full PIFs including safety assessment, manufacturing process, microbiological and stability data. We also handle CPNP portal submission on your behalf through your EU Responsible Person.
Can you develop 100% vegan and cruelty-free formulations? +
Absolutely. Our vegan line uses plant-derived squalane, ceramides from fermentation, and botanical actives. We hold documentation aligned with EVE VEGAN, Leaping Bunny and COSMOS standards.
What are your typical lead times? +
Sample development: 7-15 days. Custom packaging: 10-20 days. Mass production: 25-35 days after sample approval. Total project from briefing to delivery typically runs 45-70 days.
How do you protect my formula and brand IP? +
We sign mutual NDAs at the brief stage. Custom formulations are registered exclusively to your brand and never offered to other clients. We can also accommodate non-compete clauses on specific active systems.
Are you GDPR compliant when handling European buyer data? +
Yes. We process all EU buyer inquiries under GDPR standards with explicit consent collection, encrypted data storage, defined retention periods, and a clearly appointed Data Protection contact visible in our privacy policy.
